Perkampungan (alm) Mbah Marijan di kaki Gunung Merapi

Inilah wajah eks perkampungan (alm) Mbah Marijan bertempat tinggal. Sekarang penduduknya dievakuasi ke kampung yang lebih bawah. Para wisatawan hanya dapat diantar dengan kendaraan mobil sampai sini. Untuk menuju ke lokasi eks rumah (alm) Mbah Marijan masih sekitar 1 KM. Anda bisa diantar menggunakan ojek sepeda motor dengan tarif Rp.20,000 pulang pergi.

Para tukang ojek itulah yang dulu tinggal di sana bersama puluhan penduduk lainnya. Mereka semua adalah peternak sapi perah sebelum terjadinya letusan Gunung Merapi
